Job Description

- To Prepare Mass & Energy Balance, PFD, P&ID, Plant Layout and Elevation, Utility distribution Diagram, Equipment sizing, Line sizing, Safety Valve Sizing, Pump Calculations, Instruments and Equipments Data sheets, HAZOP Study, and Process deliverables.
- Bought outs Technical Review, G.A. Drawing Review and Approval. Discussions with suppliers.
- To Prepare Operation & Maintenance philosophy, Control philosophy for programming, Review of static screens & FAT of SCADA / HMI.
- Review of plant 3D model, 2D drawings, piping and equipment layouts, Isometrics, Installation, operational and maintenance feasibility of equipments and instruments.
Process plant Startup including pre-commissioning checks, water trials, commissioning, trouble shooting and handover of process plants at Site for Fermentation, Distillation, Multiple Effect Evaporation, and Dehydration plants.
- Training activities in India and abroad for PLC/ DCS based Ethanol plants.

Main Accountabilities

• Implementation Functional Consultant, Procure-to-Pay will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up and testing support.
